Booking through Airbnb

Please be aware we do ask that if you are booking to stay with us you read the house rules

1. Maximum 6 people staying. Water is from a natural spring and so we are limited in the summer months and sewerage system operates through a reed bed.
2. No electric car charging without prior arrangement. We have a smart meter installed which will detect excess use of electricity
3. Well behaved dogs allowed maximum of 2 unless agreed otherwise.
4. Barbecue provided. No disposable barbecues and beware of tipping hot ashes in dry months
5. Compost heap at bottom of garden. Please put all biodegradable waste on it.
6. Please use recycling bins provided for bottles etc.
7. Please adhere to the Countryside Code and respect neighbouring farmers.
