Well behaved dogs allowed maximum of 2 unless agreed otherwise.
Barbecue provided. No disposable barbecues and beware of tipping hot ashes in dry months
Compost heap at bottom of garden. Please put all biodegradable waste on it.
Please use recycling bins provided for bottles etc.
Please adhere to the Countryside Code and respect neighbouring farmers.
